IAM Project Management Specialist (Ref : 107)
- Managing enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation and migration projects impacting several domains and applications across the organization;
- Managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Engagement, Intake, and Integration of various IAM services including Central Authentication, Identity Management, Access Provisioning and Governance projects;
- Creating, reviewing, validating the Program Delivery Plans, Charters, Communication plans, Project plans, Work Breakdown Structure, Change Requests, Resource, Funding and Project Estimations;
- Communicating the Status Reports and roadblocks of high visibility projects to Executive Management; Analysis of project / program risks and communicating them to leadership, ensure understanding of these risks and help in the development of risk assessment, mitigation plan;
- Reviewing, validating Feasibility Analysis, Risk Analysis and Gap Analysis to ensure all the project requirements are met without any time, cost, and scope creep;
- Identifying, reviewing, and working with vendors or consultants to meet project needs; Preparing and managing budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports;
Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling and Closure of Information Security Projects.

Minimum Education : Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum Experience : Two (2) years.
Position requires two (2) years of experience, which must include two (2) years of experience in : Java, Ping Security Suite, Service Now, MS Project, Scaled Agile methodologies.
Travel required to the extent of relocating to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
