Minimum Education / Certification Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Skills : Skills Required / Desired Amount of Experience Writing a variety of technical instruction manuals and how-to guides Required 8 Years Writing design specs for complex systems Required 8 Years Expertise and support of MS Office and Visio Required 8 Years Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Required 12 Years Prepare original papers, articles, or reports regarding DLCP’s vision, mission, and initiatives.
Required 5 Years Create documentation, including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides, and system specifications.
