Compensation :
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Compiling case file information and documents
- Organizing digital files and verifying case information
- Being familiar with relevant statutes, case law, and other pertinent material
- Articulate written and oral communication
- Engaging clients and others with emotional intelligence
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence with careful attention to detail
- Complete, effective, timely filings and service
- Timely completion of all tasks
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of Family Law paralegal experience
- Knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure
- A professional demeanor is a must
