Education Customer Experience Representative

Hailed as the gold standard of literacy software,’ our products are used in thousands of schools worldwide, supporting learners with dyslexia, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and other special educational needs.

The company has been active since 1991, is present in 23 countries, and has won 12 prestigious awards. It recently moved to a SaaS model and is on a significant growth curve.

The role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive education professional with recent classroom experience to join our client’s Customer Experience team.

We’re seeking a confident communicator passionate about helping people get the most out of the company’s products. You’ll be brimming with ideas to support and inspire teachers worldwide, whether by helping customers in online meetings or events or by creating compelling marketing messages to share via mailings, social media, and the company website.

You’ll be part of a supportive team who will provide you with a full understanding of how the software works and a robust training plan to get you up to speed.

Day-to-day includes :

• Create blog posts, assets, and PDFs highlighting how the software can support specific learning objectives and classroom ideas.
• Support / deliver high-quality face-to-face training and webinars to teachers and educational professionals to ensure products are used to their full potential.
• Produce support materials for Crick products, including print, video and website materials.
• Produce high-quality training support materials for the website and social media.
• Develop course content and materials for external training.
• Interact with existing customers via email, telephone, webinars, and social media.
• Explore and research additional ways to support teachers using the company’s software in a classroom.
• Keep current with classroom needs and respond with relevant and engaging new content.

The package

• $50,000-60,000 starting salary
• 10 days paid holiday, rising to 15 after the first year of service, 20 after the second year and 23 after the third year

To be successful, you will

• Have a teaching background or understanding of the use of technology in education.
• Have recent classroom experience and / or strong knowledge of the US education sector
• Understand marketing tools for marketing, onboarding, and customer care.
• Be a confident and articulate communicator with great written communication skills.
• Have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Have excellent time management skills
• Have great presentation and demonstration skills
• Have strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Be a highly competent MS Office and Dynamics user
• Be commercially aware
• Take initiative
• Be an excellent team worker
• Have high levels of enthusiasm, energy and determination
