We are looking for a dedicated Environmental Services Division Director like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the direction of the Division Director of Environmental Services and working collaboratively with Environmental Services Directors in assigned facilities, the Division Director, EVS Operations is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the EVS service lines within the Division, identifying cost savings and quality improvement opportunities, communicating opportunities to local leadership, and reporting outcomes.
- Assists with Monthly, Quarterly and Annual strategic planning sessions with EVS teams to develop strategy and operational plans for EVS services lines
- Assists the Division VP with establishing cost savings targets for the Division with assigned responsibility
- Provide monthly KPI’s for review and quarterly scorecards reports to each facility
- Analyze current spend, contract compliance and rebate percentage
- Identify and operationalize opportunities to standardize products and services
- Conduct and lead monthly conference calls and at a minimum Bi-Annual in person meetings with EVS leadership to update division initiatives and share best practices in regards patient experience, operational efficiency and clinical integration.
- Work with facility Directors to define and manage productivity standards, policy and procedures and promote division specific initiatives
- Demonstrate knowledge and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards involving EVS
- Assist in the development and training of environmental services staff by assisting facilities with training and educational programs and providing in-service opportunities to EVS staff members.
- Support hospital and division initiatives in meeting core measures, patient safety, and service excellence goals.
- Maintain high visibility within all facilities while building and developing relationships with the C-suite of each facility.
- Facilitate and conduct peer review audits at a minimum of Bi-Annually
What qualifications you will need :
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master’s Degree Preferred
