Production Supervisor

We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and vendor coordination. This role is responsible for managing production capacity, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring quality control across finished goods and raw materials. You’ll work closely with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouse partners to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage production schedules based on forecasts and inventory plans

Coordinate with co-manufacturers and suppliers

Oversee purchase orders and vendor invoicing

Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with FIFO / FEFO procedures

Track KPIs and vendor performance

Perform cost analysis and support recall procedures

Audit external warehouse inventories (travel required)

Qualifications :

5+ years of production supervision experience

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Proficient in inventory and production software

Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Excellent communication and project management abilities

Pay Details : $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
