As an In-House Beverage Service Level II Technician, you will be pivotal in serving and repairing frozen beverage, coffee, and powdered cappuccino machines within corporate facilities.

Responsibilities :
Deliver Expert Equipment Service : Diagnose, repair, and maintain frozen beverage, coffee, and powdered cappuccino machines within our company facility;
perform equipment inspections and replacements as needed.
- Conduct Preventative Maintenance : Execute routine preventative maintenance per safety protocols to ensure peak equipment performance.
- Occasional On-Site Installation : Install new equipment and replace outdated machines at customer locations when required.
- Manage Parts Inventory : Track and organize parts inventory efficiently.
Work Schedule :
Days : Monday - Friday
Hours : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Qualifications :
- Proven experience with frozen beverage equipment, including slushie machines, ICEE machines, and FBD machines, as well as coffee and powdered cappuccino machines.
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a physically demanding workload effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
