POSITION OVERVIEW :

M18 is seeking an Account Executive to join our Real Estate team in our Miami office. This position provides a unique opportunity for an early career communication professional to join a talented and motivated team working on some of the leading luxury and residential projects in Florida .

You will support a variety of strategic communications plans by owning media outreach and supporting client and account management.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience or personal interest in real estate, architecture and design.Role location : This role is based in our Miami, Florida office on a hybrid basis.

Requirements : ACCOUNTABILITIES :

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Contribute to the creation of strategies, press releases, timelines, reports, and other collateral for clients
• Monitor incoming press coverage
• Establish and build relationships with local, national and regional media outlets
• Ensure press reports are sent to clients to show results and press coverageC
• raft and send pitches to relevant media outlets about client activities
• Train and supervise junior staff / interns and delegate work as required
• Maintain and create media lists and editorial calendars
• Support with general administrative duties i.e. copying, filing, and phone calls as needed

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, with agency experience preferred
• Experience pitching the media and demonstrated success securing coverage for clientsCreative writing experience including press releases, media pitches, and social media content
• Strong aesthetic, point of view and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Photoshop
• Exemplary working knowledge of all social and digital media platforms
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
