Title of Position : Kitchen Manager
Job Description : Our Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication for the culinary arts, and share their experience and enthusiasm with the rest of the team.
Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food quality and guest service will be your number 1 priority as our Kitchen Manager.
Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating the culinary personnel will be maintained by the Kitchen Manager. Our Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication for the culinary arts and share their experience and enthusiasm with the rest of the team.
Exemplary leadership abilities are a must to be successful as our Kitchen Manager. Administrative functions including scheduling, inventory control and understanding of P&L reports will also be the responsibility of the Kitchen Manager.

Job Description : Our Restaurant Manager must be detail oriented, highly committed to excellence and well-rounded in both the BOH and FOH.
The Restaurant Manager will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service along with having great communication skills.
The Restaurant Manager will work directly under the General Manager to assist in overseeing all restaurant operations including the FOH, BOH and all administrative and financial duties.
As the Restaurant Manager it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team.
The Restaurant Manager must be able to manage the work flow in a fast-paced environment and be a master of multi-tasking and delegating.

Qualifications :
- Three plus years of management experience in a high-volume atmosphere are required
- A requirement for these Managers is a strong background with team building and mentoring others
- These Managers must have proven success in financial responsibility and cost control
- These Managers must be able to follow the systems that are already in place within the restaurant
- These Managers should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
