Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead our team and drive success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale dining, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of around 50 employees, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Drive sales growth and exceed annual targets
- Foster a strong community presence and build relationships with local partners and customers
- Oversee front-of-house operations, including events and group business
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and presentation
- Manage labor costs and scheduling to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and poise
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to increase brand visibility
