Lead Quality Analyst

Job Description

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree with a major in engineering / statistics / mathematics or equivalent training that supports logical and detailed data analysis preferred

High level of analytical ability where problems are complex

5 years within Warehousing / Quality , or Manufacturing

Tableau experience Required

People Leader experience preferred

Oral and written communication skills

Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals

Problem solving capabilities to analyze root cause and establish solutions for quality related issues.

Must be able to work cross functionally to define problems and resolve issues as they arise

Share direct and actionable feedback to assist in implementing solutions and process improvements

Knowledge of, and ability to effectively use, computer software for analysis of data

Knowledge of GMS Built-In-Quality Principle and its correlation with achieving Plant Quality performance is preferred

Travel 25% Domestically + Internationally
