The Sr Finance Functional Analyst specializes in business process management that will help the business streamline processes and improve performance.
Responsible for overseeing the alignment of business processes and ERP system design to ensure financial integrity of the ERP systems.
They will strive to align processes across legacy business using standard ERP functionality unless standard functionality inhibits recognition of business differentiation.
The role will work closely with the business and the ERP technical teams to gain business understanding, ERP design capabilities and align with the best practices in the industry.
Cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role.
Your Responsibilities Include :
- Architects (analyze requirements, design and prototype solutions) system solutions that enable the business processes while maintaining requirements for accurate financial reporting.
- Responsible for business process analysis, design of system configuration, design of testing and implementation of system solutions to support functional goals, objectives and needs of the business area supported.
- Experience in the configuration and IMG settings, Design and development of Multiple SAP Functional modules and its business process.
Development of functional specifications for RICEF and interfaces design for inbound and outbound transactions include testing.
- Architects "best-value" solutions that meet business needs while adhering to simplicity, company policies and procedures and leveraging industry best practices.
- Develops knowledge and understanding of the supported business processes and related system solutions.
- Provides as-needed (post helpdesk or secondary) production and problem resolution support for systems in assigned area.
- Helps evaluate the business needs and prioritize them in the IT portfolio.
- Writes descriptions of user needs, functional specs and test cases.
- Adheres to deadlines and schedules as assigned from enterprise-wide projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Let's Talk About Your Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology / Science or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of SAP FICO experience.
- S / 4 Hana experience a plus.
- Experience with software delivery (Testing, Business Analysis, Development, Project Management).
- Experience in translating IT and business strategies into deliverable action plans.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong Communication skills a must.
- Must be an advocate for change.
