- JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Manager, Central Business Office, the Business Office Clerk is responsible for sorting all correspondence coming into the Central Business Office, organizing and maintaining files, scanning, accurate electronic retrieval and photocopying of Explanation of Benefits (EOB), sending secondary claims, accurate deposit of credit card / check payments via bank credit card machine, posting credit card payments, responding to phone messages and providing information as requested or properly authorized.
