Location : Florida (Remote options may apply). This position is with Niktor LLC and reports to the Vice President of Communications.
Job Description
The Content Management Consultant is responsible for facilitating and driving collaboration between departments and Technology Services to deliver Office 365 projects and solutions. Responsibilities include discovery, analysis, design, and implementation of solutions that align with business needs and expectations. As an expert in Office 365 and Microsoft SharePoint, this role helps the business integrate Microsoft collaborative platforms into daily operations and demonstrates platform capabilities to leadership. The role requires a highly collaborative team player who can bridge Technology Services and Business Units and manage end-user expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Consult with business unit customers on design and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft technologies, particularly SharePoint and Office 365.
- Build relationships with departmental customers to understand needs and develop solutions; advocate for the department with Technology Services.
- Determine business requirements to support project plans, timelines, delivery, implementation, and configuration of deliverables.
- Deliver customer-focused presentations and workshops; manage milestones, deadlines, and scope of projects.
- Research and collect detailed technical and user requirements; translate needs into viable technology solutions and ensure they meet expectations.
- Manage and oversee Office 365 migrations and upgrades.
- Research, design, test, and implement systems that enable and support business functions and technical environment needs.
- Design, test, and implement integrated and distributed computing solutions on behalf of the business.
- Test and monitor design solution performance; identify and resolve system problems for the business.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, communications, public policy, information / data sciences, legal studies, or related field AND eight (8) years of business experience with demonstrated results in information governance. Utility / public sector work experience preferred. OR an equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
