Regularly assists the Life Enrichment Director and is responsible in his / her absence. Works only under general supervision, using discretion and independent judgment, while executing special assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinates aquatic program, schedules classes, trains and schedules lifeguards according to E & A protocol.Responsible for pool protocols as per state and country law.
Supervises water fitness instructors and lifeguards.Performs a range of duties including all levels of lifeguard, reception desk, and fitness / aquatics instructor / trainer / specialist.
Assist with marketing for therapy clinic.Available to supervise occasional vitality programs outside the fitness center in the evening, weekends and holidays.
Assist Life Enrichment Director in creating and monitoring entire program and annual budget
