Proficiency in virtual communication platforms for conducting consultations. Familiarity with student information systems and documentation tools. Ability to engage in virtual consultations from a home or office setting. Must have reliable internet access for video conferencing.

Major Responsibilities :
- Conduct virtual individual consultations to assess the psychological and social needs of the students.
- Develop individualized strategies and interventions tailored to the unique challenges faced by visually impaired students.
- Collaborate with families and educational staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Guide on coping strategies, social skills, and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and communications with families.
