Job Description

Vuori is seeking a V1 Community Program Manager to lead and execute its V1 Community Program strategy and sub-programs of the V1 Community.

The V1 Community is comprised of certified fitness professionals unified by a shared goal : motivating and inspiring others through happiness and the power of movement.

As the V1 Community Program Manager, you will drive the strategy and logistics of the overall program, as well as V1 Community events and key relationships with studio partners and Vuori’s V1 Leaders.

Qualifications

What you'll get to do :

  • Lead the V1 Community strategy, which includes program management, application process, annual renewals and overseeing all program logistics including : discounting, category management, program criteria, messaging, promo buys and seeding, policy, program abuse, and more.
  • Lead and manage V1 Leader program (store level ambassadors), establishing program goals and criteria; creating contracts and SOWs;
  • selecting and approving individuals that fit program criteria; program rewards and product strategy; managing payment and product balances;

holding V1 Leaders and retail stores accountable; tracking the completion of contracts; and more.

  • Lead all V1 Community program enhancements and communication plans, while keeping the community and internal cross functional teams updated with deadlines and next steps.
  • Identify and manage key studio relationships and lead quarterly studio campaigns to engage and connect with local audiences based off retail marketing’s needs, priority markets, and community initiatives.
  • Engage with V1 Community audience on a regular basis, scouting new connections in key Vuori markets.
  • Develop and create content for segmented emails targeting the V1 Community subscribers establishing quarterly and monthly calendars.
  • Plan, coordinate, manage and attend V1 Community led events, ACTV Club IRLs, or other retail marketing events, new store opening events and align events with marketing key stories when possible.
  • Strategize and develop new ways to connect with local fitness studios and key community instructors in priority markets through activations, events, campaigns, organic gifting opportunities, discounts, promotions, etc.
  • Analyze V1 Community and sub-program data and report on learnings to leadership team, while utilizing findings to craft and adapt V1 Community strategy and future plans to meet retail marketing and business objectives and goals.
  • Work closely with all brand channel leads on brand moments related to the V1 Community and brief in all V1 Community creative needs.

Who you are :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working across a variety of teams, including : creative, retail, social, influencer, PR, customer service, tech, and legal
  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing analytics, community, and / or events
  • 3+ years of experience leading ambassador or influencer relationships
  • Proactive leader with the ability to juggle multiple programs and projects at once
  • Must enjoy working out and taking group fitness classes
  • Experience leading a discount, ambassador, or pro-deal program for a brand a plus
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Passion for cultivating a community of like-minded individuals
  • Values building authentic relationships
  • Athletic retail, fitness, or health and wellness industry experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $85,000 per year - $95,000 per year.
