Trophy Nissan is searching for self-confident, high energy self starters to join our award-winning Sales Team.

The car business is hot and we need your help. Experience is a plus but not required.

$4,000 GUARANTEED PAID TRAINING . We promote from within and are committed to your career growth path.

Compensation

Uncapped commission with $4,000 guaranteed pay during training.

The Average sales person earns around $6,000 per month. Top Performers can expect to make more than $15,000 per month!

Responsibilities

The Automotive Sale Associate will nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life

Exhibit consultative selling skills.

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.

Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles

Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Bring your A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule

Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Trophy Nissan brand

Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
