As a Technical Writer focusing on Security Defense & Response, you will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and researching current business practices and industry benchmarks.
Your primary task will be to create easily accessible internal policies, procedures, and assorted documentation for the Integrated Security Department.
This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external organizations and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze information required for developing and updating security-related policies and procedures.
- Provide technical editing services to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.
- Promote knowledge sharing within the Integrated Security Department.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external organizations to gather necessary information and feedback.
- Utilize security event correlation tools (SIEM) to support documentation and policy development.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Technology Security, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
Relevant Information Security experience may be considered as a substitute for a degree.
- Experience with using security event correlation tools (SIEM).
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
