What is the position?

The Technical Help Desk Specialist focuses on providing technical support to users facing computer system issues. You will assist clients with troubleshooting both remotely and in-person, ensuring that technical problems are quickly and efficiently resolved.

What will you do?

As a Technical Help Desk Specialist, you will :

  • Offer cross-functional support across various IT departments, including Service Desk and Desktop Support.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and improve service delivery through data-driven analysis.
  • Manage incidents, requests, and problem resolutions while contributing to process improvements.
  • Handle technical vendor management and assist with the rollout of new technology, including training plans.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and deliver reports on service performance.

What are the requirements?

  • Associate's degree in computer-related field
  • 2+ years experience
  • Understanding of MS Office 2003 / 2007 / 2013, Office 365, Windows OS, Business Intelligence, Active Directory, Remote Assistance, Dell / DP PCs, Mobile Device management, Malware / Spyware troubleshooting, Citrix, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
