The Academic Coach will work one-on-one and in small groups with teachers, providing guidance, training, and resources as needed.

The Academic Coach will also be responsible for building teacher capacity, mentoring new / struggling teachers, modeling lessons, and supporting teacher success in utilizing data to drive instruction.

The Instructional Coach is considered a vital part of our leadership team; reporting directly to campus leadership. With success in this position, including positive outcomes for our scholars and a demonstrated understanding of our pedagogy, the IC will be uniquely positioned for additional growth opportunities in our network.
