Now Hiring : CNC Swiss Programmer -

| On-site | 1st Shift

A leading manufacturer in precision components is looking to add an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer and Set-Up Technician to their team. This full-time role offers a four-day workweek, a stable day shift, and the chance to work with a tight-knit production and engineering group focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do :

Program CNC Swiss machines for new projects (PartMaker or similar CAM software)

Set up machines for production runs and ensure all output meets quality standards

Conduct inspections using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and vision equipment

Improve existing programs and set-ups for greater efficiency

Document work via ERP system and assist with tooling / material tracking

Support a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment

Mentor team members as needed

What We're Looking For :

3–5 years of experience in Swiss CNC machining and programming

Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T

Comfortable working with tight tolerances and visual inspections under a microscope

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Solid computer literacy

High attention to detail and quality
