About the Role

As an Operator you will be a vital part of our Strongline function at our Mountain View, CA location. This is a full-time position based in-office in Mountain View, CA, from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.

We offer a starting wage of $20.00 / hr and provide comprehensive training. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for growth within the Operations team working on the devices sector within healthcare.

What You’ll Do

Problem Resolution : Identify and address discrepancies in information. Communicate effectively with necessary parties to resolve issues quickly, maintaining workflow efficiency.

Professional Communication : Maintain regular and professional interactions via phone with patients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers and nurses, ensuring courteous and efficient communication.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless data processing and accurate reporting, contributing to operational excellence.

Growth Opportunity : Learn operational processes and gain knowledge of healthcare related technologies to grow with the company!

What You Have

Educational Background : Associate degree (AA) required; Bachelor's degree preferred in office management, business administration, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency : Experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with various stakeholders.

Time Management : Proven ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving : A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
