Job Summary :
As a Jr. Process Technician, you will support our production processes by optimizing equipment efficiency and coordinating technical adjustments.
This position is crucial for maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency across our operations. Shift 3rd shift : 10 : 30pm- 7 : 00amNote : Shift will initially train on 12-hour schedule until July, after which it will transition to 8- hour shift
Responsibilities :
- Analyze data to optimize the performance and efficiency of equipment.
- Coordinate technical changes and perform routine mold changeovers,
- Operate Injection mold machinery.
- Drive projects aimed at cost reduction, waste elimination, and product quality enhancement.
- Maintain process standards and conduct regular quality audits to uphold our quality commitments.
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in Injection Molding.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
