- Manage recruitment branding and strategies
- Develop talent management strategies through HR data analysis
- Establish / operate HR processes and improve systems
Qualifications
- Experience in establishing / operating overall HR processes
- Experience in operating evaluation systems and developing recruitment strategies
- Ability to derive insights through HR data analysis
- Experience in labor and public affairs
Preferred qualifications :
- 10 years of experience
- Experience in HR organization management and consulting
- Possess logical analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Positive mindset and attitude to lead collaboration
- Flexible thinking and ability to communicate smoothly with collaborative departments
- High interest and understanding of the cultural industry and latest trends
