Human Resources Business Partner
Ipsos is looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our North America HR Team. As a strategic HR professional, theHuman Resources Business Partner will support the leaders across multiple business units and autonomously manage the demands of the day-to-day human resources needs.
Primary responsibilities will include :
- Managing the areas of employee performance, annual compensation, and ongoing training and development needs
- Be strategic and hands-on by being a change agent : through talent management and strategic initiatives
- Be a trusted advisor to multiple business unit leaders
- Partners with leaders to resolve employee relations issues
- Acts as the first line of support for employee's needs
- Responsible for conducting all needs regarding onboarding and offboarding
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits and corporate policies in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate by working together and learning from one another as we thrive in a team environment.
Our Ideal Candidate will have the following skills and abilities :
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a variety of HR disciplines
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong emotional intelligence to support diverse organizations, cultures, and personalities
- Good consultative skills and strong ability / willingness to identify and constructively address and resolve challenges that arise
- Ability to adapt and work with business units in different time zones
- Knowledge of Human Resources best practices, policies, and labor law
- Ability to navigate theMicrosoft Suite of products : Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree required; PHR / SPHR is a plus

In accordance with NY / CO / CA / WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $95,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and / or certifications.
