Job Summary :

As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our products in the manufacturing environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all products meet both internal and external standards and specifications.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work well within a team.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of products during various stages of production.

Perform tests on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Use precision measuring instruments and equipment to evaluate dimensions and physical properties.

Accurately record inspection and test data.

Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for quality improvement.

Prepare and present reports on quality metrics to management and relevant teams.

Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement quality control procedures.

Recommend process adjustments to meet quality standards.

Participate in root cause analysis for product defects and develop corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

Update and manage quality documentation, including control plans and inspection procedures.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Quality Assurance or a related field is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Quality Management Software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
