Role Description

As a Bellasee ophthalmologist, you’ll have the opportunity to :

• Master our hybrid model that merges precision cataract and corneal surgery with holistic wellness and advanced aesthetics (including RF microneedling, PRP, CO₂ laser, and body sculpting).
• Learn directly from Dr. Skeens through one-on-one mentorship and structured training in clinical efficiency, patient flow optimization, and integrative protocols that are transforming the field.
• Participate in Bellasee Education and Licensing , gaining access to our proprietary systems and becoming part of a growing national network of visionary physicians.
• Work in a high-efficiency, low-stress environment with dedicated technician support, streamlined scheduling, and a culture that prioritizes work-life balance and physician well-being.
• Grow toward leadership or franchise ownership as Bellasee expands across the U.S.
