Position
We're seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Account Manager to generate new business for maintenance and snow services, grow relationships with property management companies, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This is a key sales role focused on hitting growth targets and maintaining a 90%+ renewal rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new B2B sales via canvassing, networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and property mapping.
- Expand accounts and uncover additional opportunities within the client base.
- Prepare estimates, present proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
- Manage contracts, pipeline activities (BOSS LM), and Outlook calendar.
- Conduct site quality reviews and collaborate with operations and design / build teams.
- Represent the company's brand and values at meetings, trainings, and trade shows.
