Tanner Health, a nonprofit health system, is seeking their next Executive Director of Quality to join them in sunny Georgia!
The Position
- The Executive Director of Quality will be responsible for the development and implementation of leadership functions to meet the strategic and operational requirements of Tanner Health System.
- The Executive Director of Quality will be responsible for the design, coordination, implementation, and management of opportunities for improved patient care and outcomes pertaining to Quality, Infection Prevention, Vascular Access, and Wound Care.
- The Executive Director will provide leadership in implementing quality, safety, service, and efficiency strategies into the overall processes that affect the organization’s operations and mission.
- Seeking a passionate leader who will bring a level of urgency while upholding a high level of communication with staff, physicians, and executive leadership and guaranteeing that they are consistently held accountable.
- Ideal candidates will bring expertise accreditation and regulatory guidelines to guarantee that they are constantly met, as well as experience in collecting, analyzing, and aggregation of data to ensure that necessary action plans are being put into place.
Requirements
- Master’s degree is required.
- Active compact RN license is required.
- 5 years or more of Quality Program Management, Clinical Operations.
- CPHQ Certification.
- Lean 6 Sigma, Process Improvement and / or Project Management Experience are beneficial.
- Just Culture Training, Experience in application of High Reliability Principles are a plus.
