Responsibilities
Client Onboarding : Guide new policyholders through the onboarding process, signing paperwork, uploading documents, checking discounts and policy details and identifying cross sale opportunities.
Documentation Review : Review and verify all necessary documentation for new policyholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting with policy-related concerns and discounts.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding process and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirement
Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling client information and documentation.
