What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Sales & Billing Specialist? You’ll be :

• Cultivating and developing customer relationships to identify and present sales opportunities.
• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, creating a positive and memorable experience.
• Using sales tools and techniques to identify cross-sell opportunities and sell extended service contracts.
• Actively listening to customer needs and concerns to provide successful solutions.
• Resolving customer questions and providing resolution to existing customer contracts.
• Navigating multiple programs / software for information gathering and transaction processing.
• Striving to meet and exceed department metrics and business goals.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Initially working onsite at our Rapid City location, with the option to work remotely after an agreed-upon period of time.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least 6 months of previous customer service experience.
• Are able to work an 8-hour shift / 40 hours a week / between the hours of 6 : 00 am MST - 6 : 00 pm MST.
• Possess sales aptitude and a strong work ethic.
• Are adaptable to change and have a positive attitude.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Are bilingual, with fluent verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
