As the Product Designer you will play a critial role in defining, building and delivering the best employee engagement product in the industry.
You'll work side by side with product managers, engineers, and other departments across Motivosity in a highly collaborative and fun environment.

Excellent visual and interaction design skills in the software design spaceStrong experience with product and UX research methodologies and toolsFamiliarity with Figma and other prototyping toolsUnderstanding of statistical models for A / B testingGrasp and use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
