Marketing Consulting/Projects - Events Management

Summary :

Corporate events support services for North America Marketing. supporting event operations, content operations, speaker management and other event related activities.

Responsibilities :

Independently coordinate and support event content operations and speaker management, showing strength in cross-functional project management and delivery of outstanding event experiences for customers and partners

Work with agency partners to build speaker resource center, schedule sessions, manage speaker registration, and other key deliverables while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as optimizing the attendee journey

Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with all colleagues, key stakeholders and vendors across the globe

Timely and professional communication of project status and updates, and prompt notification of any required adjustments or concerns

Skills & Qualifications :

4-6+ years of experience in event management, content operations and speaker management, present to leaders for approval, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Willingness to take calculated risks, while driving consensus across teams

Ability to operate effectively as part of large, sophisticated virtual team

Ability to balance the broader strategic picture with day-to-day execution

Demonstrates respect for others, and both values and actively solicits different perspectives to build collaborative, lasting relationships

Operates with integrity, honesty, and fairness while thriving in a fast-moving, high-pressure, challenging, and evolving environment

Proficient in a variety of applications (Zoom, Excel, Word, Outlook, RainFocus) and ability to quickly learn company proprietary systems (MRM, CXD)

Compensation :

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
