Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Transplant / Cellular Therapy
Location : Gainesville, FL
Shift : 12-Hour Nights (Rotating Weekends), 36 Hours Per Week
Shift Times : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
Hourly Rate : $28.80 - $43.20 per hour
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our newly launched Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) Unit.
The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing stem cell transplants and those with hematologic disorders.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialized team dedicated to oncology, dialysis, and infusion care. Candidates with experience in Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT), Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), or Blood and Marrow Transplant programs are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, focusing on stem cell transplant and hematologic disorder patients
Administer treatments and therapies, including oncology, dialysis, and infusion care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing (BSN preferred)
1+ year of recent acute care experience, preferably in oncology, dialysis, or infusion
Experience in Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT), Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), or Blood and Marrow Transplant programs is highly preferred
Active Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure (must obtain active FL RN license within 90 days of hire if using compact license)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
