Are you an experienced Machine Control Professional that wants to bring your technical expertise to deliver cutting edge technical solutions?

What You Will Do

As a On-Machine Construction Application Specialist you'll bring your technical expertise to life through captivating sales presentations, dynamic product demos, and seamless product installation and maintenance.

Work successfully with our sales team to assess how our products align with customer needs, and craft detailed product specifications to drive customer solutions.

You might even create quick prototype applications to showcase the potential of our offerings, often requiring rapid prototyping and client demos.

Ensure flawless product application and lead ongoing technical support to both our sales staff and customers.

Provide both pre and post-sales technical brilliance.

Guide product development by serving as the internal technical liaison between Sales and Product Management to ensure that the product management team has input from both sales and customers.

Support the customer success effort as required to help drive adoption within our existing customer base.

Ensure that new customers achieve quick time to value as you provide them with a high level of customer service.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a post-sales role, ideally as a Machine Control System Installer / Technician / Engineer, or similar position installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting machine control systems.

Experience with software implementation consulting or software support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to deal with undefined situations and business process challenges.

Ability to clearly document product functionality requirements and desired workflow outcomes.

Excellent written / verbal communication skills. Active listener who transmits information accurately and understandably and actively seeks feedback.

About Your Location

This is a remote position based in the Eastern United States requiring frequent travel up to 75%.

As part of our Construction Application Specialist team you will work to develop the technical aptitude of our Sales Channel, collect information from the field to make the future development of Civil Construction Technology products fit the needs in the field, and ensure best installation and project setup practices are in place to maximize customer benefits of applying Civil Construction Technology products.
