Industrial Transaction Manager
Location : Remote, Central or Mountain Time Zone
Pay : $125,000 - $150,000 + bonus
Avenica's client is seeking an experienced Industrial Transaction Manager to oversee complex real estate transactions for a high-profile corporate portfolio.
This role involves managing lease renewals, site acquisitions, and space disposals, with a strong emphasis on detail-oriented tasks such as due diligence and non-commissionable work.
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling 20-40 transactions at a time, works autonomously, and thrives in a client-driven process.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage real estate transactions, including site selection, financial analysis, and contract negotiations.
- Execute transaction strategies that consider zoning, entitlements, and site development.
- Analyze business drivers and market trends to provide value through strategic transaction management.
- Prepare and review key documents such as project initiation forms, Broker Opinions of Value, and Requests for Proposals.
- Provide detailed financial assessments (NPV, IRR, and cash flow projections) to guide client decisions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to align real estate efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Real Estate Broker License required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 7-10+ years of experience in real estate transactions, contract negotiations, and site development.
- Strong financial analysis skills, particularly in NPV and IRR assessments.
- Proficiency in Smartsheets, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and CoStar.
