Job Title : Billing Contractor

• Location : Onsite Cincinnati, OH -45202
• Duration : 6 Month Contract (35 Hours Per Week)
• Openings : 2
• Pay Rate : $35 / hr - $50 / hr (Based on experince)

Responsibilities :

• Support the account management and accounts receivable teams in successfully invoicing clients.
• Revise invoices promptly as needed.
• Address client inquiries regarding invoice status, payment, and timing.
• Generate reports to track payment status for clients.
• Proactively follow up with clients for delinquent invoices.
• Lead office hours with the AR team to troubleshoot invoice issues.
• Review Insertion Orders (IOs) to ensure alignment with media plans and forward them to Contracts Support for approval.
• Update billing information within KPM’s platforms when changes occur on invoices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree ( / or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role with project leadership.
• Accounting background (experience with Salesforce and D365 is a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive self-starter who gets the job done.
