DUTIES Human Capital Strategy & Management Consultant Federal Protective Service (FPS) client at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
This role will support FPS and their human capital strategy goals by developing and presenting a Strategic Human Capital Plan (SHCP) playbook and ensuring execution.
Responsible to develop employee exiting checklists, onboarding and offboarding instruction manuals, develop and manage the Mentorship Program and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
