Job Title : Global QA Specialist, Patients Operations
Location : 50% onsite
Job Description :
Our client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Specialist in Global Quality Assurance (QA) for Patient Operations. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our client's systems and tools, particularly in relation to Apheresis Centers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the integration and ongoing maintenance of Apheresis Centers within our client's systems and tools, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with established protocols.
- Provide comprehensive support for the Global Patient Services (GPS) system, including the approval of data configurations.
- Establish and maintain new Apheresis Accounts within our client's electronic supplier system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation within our client's electronic documentation system, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Undertake daily data entry tasks within the Onboarding Tracker tool, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to facilitatecontinuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Competencies :
- Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
- At least 4 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a comparable field.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to see assignments through to completion.
- Innovative, proactive, and resourceful with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Independent decision-making capability and the ability to think conceptually and understand the broader impact of decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Detail-oriented with a minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing MS Office Suite.
- Quick learner with superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think critically, act decisively, and communicate complex observations in a calm and cogent manner.
