Our client is a high-growth company searching for a dedicated and driven Senior Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention
- Review all intercompany transactions, ledgers, and ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping activities
- Coordinate with Tax Accountants to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance
- Participate in strategic data analysis, financial modelling & forecasting
- Conduct regular ledger maintenance
- Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
- Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with many stakeholders including staff, suppliers, clients, and auditors

- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role or audit in public accounting.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Demonstrated experience with General Ledger maintenance.
- Ability to prepare and record Journal Entries.
- Experience with Month End Close procedures.
- Familiarity with ASC 606 accounting standard.
- Proven experience in Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Participation in an Annual External Audit.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
