Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Review and manage the Accounts Receivable process
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports on collection activity and receivable status
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analytics and property financial statements
- Prepare CAM reconciliations and billings
- Assist in developing and documenting accounting policies and procedures
- Support the accounting department with general duties
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Strong understanding of balance sheet review, variance tracking, and budgeting processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
