Welcome to the Full Circle Family Program, where we provide outpatient mental-health services for multicultural, low-income children aged 4-18 and their families in San Francisco's vibrant districts.

Our Program is an innovative, family-focused program that uses evidence-based practices to empower youth within the context of their families.

We honor family strengths, work collaboratively on solutions, and provide effective support where it matters most.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical services, implementing quality measures, and fostering a high-performance, productive program.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, represent the organization, and contribute to program expansion projects.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • License in LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.D. / Ph.D.
  • Three years of prior experience in administration and coordination of mental health or counseling services programs.
  • Knowledge of San Francisco Community Behavioral Health Services and community resources.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to social justice, empowerment of families, and support for diversity.

If you're a catalyst with a vision, passionate about program quality and excellence, and dedicated to making a positive impact in our community, we invite you to join us on this rewarding journey.
