About the Role

Join us in a unique opportunity to shape the future of Atheneum as a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas.

In this role, you will be instrumental in our growth, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in New York, San Francisco, and Santiago de Chile.

Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and passion for finding the right people will be vital in helping our company grow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Mentor and train more junior team members in all aspects of the hiring cycle.

Profiles We Are Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree; Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • 1+ years managing other Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Proficiency with Workday's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
