Business Development Manager - EHM Senior Solutions

Location : EHM Senior Solutions, Saline, MI (In-Office Position)

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday

EHM Senior Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth efforts. As a nonprofit leader in senior care since 1879, we offer a value-driven workplace focused on quality care, compassion, and community service.

This position is eligible for a bonus structure based on census growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote, build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians and community partners.
  • Implement strategies to grow our client base and increase referral volumes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track business development progress and report on key metrics.

Territory :

  • Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, Washtenaw, and Western Wayne counties.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare business development, with a focus on skilled nursing and / or home health care.
  • Familiarity with CHAP accreditation standards and Medicare regulations.
  • Experience with EHR systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
