Regional Operational Excellence Director

Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Regional Operational Excellence Director position. This role supports the Southeast Region of our Healthcare+ line of business driving operational programs, brand standards and mobilization support to new and existing customers.

This team of multidisciplinary subject matter experts uniquely positions Aramark to deliver high level customer service experiences through Aramark programs across retail, food production and patient nutrition services as well as other unique services offered to our clients. Through these programs we optimize people, products, and processes to deliver high level service.

The Regional Operational Excellence Director is responsible for mobilization, startup data gathering and entry into approved Aramark systems. Training front line and management teams in Aramark programs and processes. Assisting in the field support, program audits, remediation actions, surveys, and updates through individual on-site support.

Job Responsibilities

Organizational Responsibilities :

• ? Proactively supports accounts across the region and members of the regional team.
• ? Maintain good relationships with Regional Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, District Managers, General Managers and Directors of Business Development.
• ? Works with members of the Healthcare Center of Excellence Team, Aramark IT, Operations Support and Vendor experts in delivering Aramark programs to accounts.
• ? All program functions at clients? sites are consistent with the objectives, financial parameters, and technical needs required per contracts.
• ? Reports to Regional Project Manager supporting District Managers, Vice President of Operations, Front Line Managers.
