The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of construction administrative experience, full plan reading knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This role is critical in supporting project estimation and coordination, ensuring that client proposals, subcontractor contracts, and budgets are managed efficiently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Send project plans out for bids to subcontractors and vendors.-Evaluate and compare trade pricing, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Prepare and manage client budgets and proposals for construction projects.-Draft and manage subcontractor contracts and agreements.
- Facilitate smooth project hand-offs between estimating, project teams, and other stakeholders.-Utilize construction-based software to manage project estimates, documentation, and communication.
- Maintain organization of project documents and ensure all deadlines are met.-Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
The ideal candidate should possess : -Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration, estimation, or coordination.
Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.-Proficiency in construction management software (, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications : -Experience in hotel construction or similar commercial projects is a plus.-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
