We are seeking a dedicated Community Liaison to act as a bridge between our organization and the community. In this role, you will facilitate communication, strengthen relationships, and ensure that our programs and initiatives are aligned with community needs.

You will represent the company in community outreach efforts , ensure that feedback is heard, and work closely with internal teams to align community engagement with our overall mission.
Key Responsibilities : Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the community. Build and maintain positive relationships with community groups , local organizations , and stakeholders .
Develop and execute community outreach programs to promote the organization’s initiatives. Gather and assess community feedback to guide program improvements and ensure alignment with community needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and outreach strategies. Organize and participate in community events , acting as a representative of the organization.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to engage community members and promote the organization’s services. Assist in marketing and public relations efforts to increase awareness and engagement with community programs.
Requirements : Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse groups. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to community needs.
