Power BI Consultant-Pharma Domain

Overview

Power BI Consultant with Pharma domain exp sought for Kymera Therapeutics in Watertown, MA (hybrid). This role focuses on enhancing and extending a real-time clinical trial dashboard to provide visibility to the Executive Team. The back end is built; the front end is basic and will be improved with best practices and collaborative input from the candidate.

Responsibilities

• Understand existing Power BI implementation and data flows; make changes and enhancements to the dashboard and visuals.
• Gather requirements (or interpret already gathered requirements) and work with the team to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
• Apply best practices in data visualization; propose elegant, user-friendly visual designs and improvements to the end-user front end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; contribute ideas and speak up as a team player without dominating discussions.
• Work with data and visualization aspects, including integration with Snowflake, Data Lake, and Microsoft tooling (AD, EntraID).
