As a Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations Senior Analyst,you willsuccessfullysupportvariousteams onboarding new brand partnership agreements.
Youwill report to the Senior Manager Loyalty Operationsand Hotel Support on the Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations team.You willbe the liaison between the Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations team and multiple cross-function teams to ensure new brand partnership agreements are set up and communicatedappropriately.

What your day-to-day will be like : Process monthly data and upload for paymentPartner with management to address all inquiries to ensure comprehensive standard operating procedures and training are in place.
Team mindset building relationships and earn the trust of key partners.Find opportunities for process improvements and development to facilitate the operational delivery of the Hilton Honors programCritical observation and collaboration when working with other teams.
Consider potential actions' relative costs and benefits.How you will collaborate with others : Work with the Hilton Honors leadership team, loyalty operations team, and multiple cross-functional teams to successfully onboard new brand partnership agreements.
Present updates and any challenges to leadership teamsAttend weekly team meetings and several quarterly department meetings.
What projects you will take ownership of : Assist in various projects, including internal communications and training needs.
Working with various teams to ensure onboarding and all documentation is completed.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications : Three (3) years of professional experience in a similar role.
One (1) year of experience operating in leadership capacity (managing, coaching, or mentoring).Experience navigating a cross-functional team through curiosity and initiative.
